Wont be nice!!!

I use to play this game, and its never that much been laggy. What Im saying is it is not laggy. But the thing of it being "not nice" is I cant download it! I cant
because the "cloud" isnt bright as it is for most games, I know it wasnt right because I tapped it, and nothing happened. So then I got "cops and robbers jail break 2" and it works. But... What if jail break 2 Doesnt have multiplayer? Oh well, this thing happens to me plenty of times!
